What's the difference between s13 s14 and s15?

I'm looking to sell my current car and purchase a 240 but would like to know some more info about them first.

89-94 = s13
95-98 = s14
s15 is only in japan so get it out of the picture

yep. Not everyone uses google or yahoo to do research as not everything is true in some results. So I decided to join here and learn more... Meaning this is research for me
