If the shop can't replace that, then they are a shitty upholstery business.
Search around, it has been done, and explained before.

How I did it:
1. Remove door panel.
2. Remove old fabric.
3. Get the new fabric and place it over the door panel as if you were to glue it on, mark the places where you will cut it.
4. Cut along the lines you made (its ok if it comes out being a bit bigger than the door panel area)
5. Mask the parts of the door panel that dont have any fabric (dont want that tacky glue to make a mess)
6. Evenly spray the tacky glue on the door panel area.
7. Place your new fabric in the door panel area.
8. Trim the fabric if neccesary.
9. Let the glue dry.
10. Put the door panel back in the car and enjoy your new door panels.
Tips: Use a hair dryer or heat gun on the fabric to strech it, this will take out the wrinkes.

Boooooooo. I thought this thread would be about customized door panels. Like made from scratch. Must I do everything myself?

Hmm, the tweed on my door panels came off pretty easily and it didnt leave any residue. That guy had to cut part of the fabric, if you use a something to heat up the fabric you will not have that cut.

This topic is probably in the top 20 frequent threads of Zilvia history. This thing should have been locked at hello.
