Ka newb! please help

hey there guys i have always had sr's and never did anything with ka's except yank them out and sell them..I just bought a 92 coupe and the guy said it quit on him one day..it cranks but no start...i did a compression test and it was 25 across the board...pulled the head and the gasket didnt appear to be blown to where there would be 25 for all 4.... anyone have any other ideas of what it could be? maybe warped head? any input is appreciated!!!

uhhhh. maaaby warped head... valves stuck open maby, horrible blown rings... idk just yank it out and sell it lol

i talked to a couple teachers at school and they all said timing issues ...so im going to try that and if its not that ill sell it..thanks

a starter isnt gonna cause bad compression numbers......
