Okay so here is whats going on. I bought an S13 SR20DET Redtop a while ago and when it arrived I noticed it was a HICAS model. It has a beast power steering pump with two banjo bolts. No good.

Well since my car was a SOHC chassis before this all I needed DOHC lines. I got DOHC hardlines, high pressure lines, reservoir and pump from a KA24DE. From my understanding, you could use the DOHC KA pump on the SR20DET if you changed over pulleys.

Well since my car was a HICAS car, the pulley did not just slide off the splines like it normally would. I could not use the SR20DET pulley on the DOHC KA pump. So I bought Circuit Sports S13 SR20DET pulleys figuring that would be the fix. I also found out that the SR20DET HICAS power steering bracket would not work with a non-HICAS pump so I bought a non-HICAS SR20DET power steering bracket. I thought that would fix all.

Now after all that, this is where I am and I look to you guys for help from experience...

DOHC KA pump all connected to the lines and reservoir

Circuit Sports pulley compared to KA pulley

And this is where it gets fucked....

The pump will not fit in the area it should sit for the long bolt to slide through...

I cannot understand how you use the DOHC KA pump if this is the case...

Any help would be appreciated...Thanks!

I modified mine
Get a dremel and notch the back section of it until it fits
grind only what you have to

Grind that area to make it fit? Do your belt pulleys line up right?
