Does anyone have the scoop on drifting at El Toro? Schedule, cost...
Heard it is pretty fast and such.

i could wrong but the only time i know you can drift is during the Dai's Driving Academy That usually costs about 80-100 bucks depending if you do grip and drift. Last time I went i had a blast dude, the next one is Sept 19th i think you should go its totally worth it. I will be there

that does not apply to Drift Day! Maybe Dais Driving Academy takes a crapload of drivers in, I don't know. Drift Day does not do that. Check Driftday.com for the schedule and email or give them a call.
ps: eating up tires is really dependent on the tire u are running...try something other than Federal.... hehe...

im pretty sure tire eating also has to do with the surface...
if the surface has dirt and rocks and debris say good bye to your tires....
old ass asphalt... say goodbye to your tires... all kinds of things apply
Thanks for the info everyone!

thanks! :) yup... the last comp we had there were only 20 drivers. we had skid pad for donuts and figure 8s, a 2nd gear course, and a 3rd gear course. so something for everyone! (that is the usual format for most event anyway...)
