Dont ask how, but it broke off at the welds???? It has an HKS dragger tip welded on. Not really sure what these are worth or even if is it worth saving?? I am leaning towards just trying to find a stock muffler and call it a day this thing came on the car when i got it.

Itll sound like ass, but other than that, no harm.
As bejota says, just weld the box back on.

Trust me you dont want the headache of a ticket that has anything to do with the words Improper. Ive had a Improper Start (Burnout) and Improper Equipment (No Catted X with Dumps) and I paid out the ass for both.

unless you plan on tracking it or anything you might as well throw a stock one on... god. do i miss a quiet car..
a shop can weld that on for like maybe 30 dollars or so... its 1 weld.. but kinda tricky since its on the car... might be way cheaper if the exuast is flanged and u pull it off

just weld it back up with some 3".
the rest of that exhaust looks pretty haggard.

you people that are constantly saying "buy something new you cheapass" need to lay the hell off of everybody. we dont all make enough money to rock a $900 exhaust. maybe you guys forgot these are mostly 15-20 year old cars worth $3k or so, not a mercedes or porsche.
but i agree this thread is kind of pointless. the shit is broke, weld it yourself if you're able, take it to a muffler shop and get it rewelded, or just get a stock replacement muffler with a new back half and get it over with. fix it tickets suck.
