Obvoiusly and gool tool to have...but I'd have know idea where to start? Not looking to get technical....but basic explination would be appreciated.
My understanding is it reads signal form wires...But that's still greek...what does it mean if wire a reads 5 and wire b reads 2.
Thanks, GULP (prepares for FLAMES)

it matters which mode you have it switched to, usually its just a power grond thing, i dont think mine reads A/B signals

Read this article on howstuffworks about voltage, current, and resistance.
basics of electricity (http://www.howstuffworks.com/question501.htm)
A multimeter lets you see these parameters of a circuit (basically).
