Is there anyone in Socal can help me port and polish my KA24DE throttle body to 65mm? I just want some better response. I can take it to a machine shop but the problem is that I don't know how to remove the TB so yeah...

dont forget to match the mounting pad on the manifold. If the TB is larger than the manifold, you will do more harm to performance than good.

just curious

once you port/bore the throttle body to something wider, what do you do about the butterfly valve? it just seems that there will be a gap...

Need to cut and drill a new butterfly. any reputable shop knows this already but many DIY'ers have no clue.
