damnit...so come to find out (By Scott) ENTHALPY Tunes are set for 50psi BASE Fuel press.
Checking my 5/16 Goodyear Lines (which are New,not OEM) they say "50psi" on them (I guess working press?).Meaning they MAX out at 50psi?

My Sard FPR (even Z32 Fuel Filter has 5/16 barb's) has 1/8pt Barb Fittings and OEM Nissan Lines I'm guessing are 5/16 size.

NO ONE MAKES a 5/16 Line over 50psi it seems.I've checked everywhere.Even AeroQuip.
Anyone Know If OEM Nissan Hose will be ok for 50psi+?
Or what Size w/o Changing my WHOLE Set up?

I used Goodyear's fuel line (blue inside, black outside) from Autozone. Link: Goodyear® Engineered Products :: Fuel Injection Hose SAE 30R9 (http://www.goodyearep.com/ProductsDetail.aspx?id=5144)

5/16" Burst pressure - 100 psi working pressure, burst pressure 900psi lol. You'll be fine.

Earl's Performance 781006ERL - Earl's Performance Super Stock Hose – SummitRacing.com (http://www.summitracing.com/parts/EAR-781006ERL/)

It's -6 or 3/8" Close enough to get it tight with a nice hose clamp.

Negative, don't use -6an hose on a 5/16" hardline. Asking for trouble. Just stick with the Goodyear fuel line.

anything you can imagine will happen, its the wrong size line, 5/16 is actually -5an so you must use a -5an hardline adapter to a -6an fitting then -6an lines, ive converted to -an lines i know and so does jordan apparently

I can't imagine anything happening actually. As long as you have a little flare at the end of the hardline it will be fine.

<---dumbass...after Redoing my Google Search for "Fuel Injection hose" - Theres 5/16 everywhere - Napa, etc.

I have goodyear line now but not the Blue Lined stuff.Saw that but dosen't say it on the line and the Stupid Fucks don't know what its rated to when i asked them.

50psi Base pressure - I Have no clue.
heres the email:

Collin,
A pic of the inside of the ECU would really help me determine if it is
our hardware :)

On my tunes i set them up for 50 psi base pressure at idle with the
vac hose disconnected for testing...put back on for driving of course.
what fuel pressure are you running?

i think you should see about 12.0 AFR @ 5500 RPM and 14 psi. in 3rd
gear...rolling into it at 3000 RPM.

having the O2 sensor where you have it is fine.

Scott

all I know is the car Runs "safer w/ higher Base pressure (so far 47psi) since I did it.can't wait for 50psi.
