Need help installing my oldschool HKS EVC2

Basically, I found this.

Tried hooking it up.
It seemed right.

Car keeps overboosting.

I connected
#1 to the brake booster line.
#2 to the coldpipe before the TB
[i know it says before the intercooler,
but i dont have any nipple on the hotside.]
#3 to the actuator.

Can someone correct me please.
I appreciate any help.

EDIT:Oh yeah, this is on a KA-T.
So someone please tell me exactly
which vac/pressure sources to tap.

#1 T-off the FPR.
#2 this should really be connected to the hotpipe because it see's a higher pressure than the coldpipe
#3 is ok
