Carluch Motorsports just finished up this auto to manual swap on Chip's 91 se. (took a bit longer than we'd hoped, but sometimes things just work out that way. sorry, chipper)
i just washed, vaccumed, and attempted to clean the filthy wheels.
just thought i'd post the pics on the board that chip frequents...
what do you guys think of Chip's ride?
lose the vinyl?
new wheels?
lose the seatbelt pads?
time for an SR/turbo???

i am not carluch.
carluch is just a friend of mine that does swaps and a variety of other car work.
he's completed 4 sr swaps. 2 13b swaps. (in rx7s)
2 more swaps pending this summer
and an auto to manual 1999 acura 3.2 tl swap soon as well.
i just help him out when necessary.

nice job dude my car looks clean as hell. thanx for cleaning it. BTW i bleive that spoiler was an option on the coupes. i found it in the junkyard for 10 bucks on a white hatch with a kit.

dousan: thanx for pointing out the dent lol. 3 weeks after i got it painted my neighbor backed into me. i was supposed to drop it off to get fixed today but my car was at carluch...lol

I see a 240SX that is stock with some type of exhaust modification. Not much to really think. So I will just say:

"it's clean" (which basicly is another way of saying..."it's stock!" lol)

Yep I sure am stock. I guess some how my got lower cause my springs started sagging and my shocks must have been adjustible from the factory. Whoa when did Nissan have come with cusco lookin strut bars from factory? Open Element intake ? Wow very unfactory like. Nissan is jumpin on the modifed bandwagon! 4 fixed Piston Brake Caliper w/ stainless steal lines and 30mm rotor? WOW the car came with this!? Adjustible tension rods too from factory? Who would have thought nissan would have incorporated that stock since the average person needs somethign like that.............. and on and on

Dang Nissan sure is gettin wild these days cause we all know the general public is looking stifff unconfortable rides, no chasis flex, adjustible dampning for the shocks, powerfull brakes, and hear the car suck and exhaust the air out. Who woulda known!? :rolleyes:

Still many stock parts from nissan that came with the car stock on the way. whatever that means

do you have z brakes front and rear? just front, right?
why not admit they're z brakes instead of trying to gloss them up for the people on the forum?

You don't get it do you? Take that hard tirerod out your ass. Saying "it's clean" Isn't really a compliment or a diss. I mean when a car is stock apearence wise atleast that's what EVERYone says about a car. "it's clean" Even if it's has a ton of mods else where. Like on another forum some guy was complimented on his integra that had engine work and lowered that's it. He got compliment that "it's clean." the owner thought it was funny because he's like "cause it' stock!"
