1997 240sx Brake problem. no pressure

I have a automatic 1997 240sx, I swaped in the q45 front brakes. and also did an sr20 swap. The only problem is I had the car sitting for a while because of the sr20 swap. anyways I have no brake pressure, with the engine not running if I pump the brake pedal it doesnt get hard. and the brakes have been Bleed countless times. I think its ether the brake booster or the MC. What do you guys think?

did you put the calipers on the correct side, bleeder valves up?
