My 'drift daddy' Jack hits it in 3rd IIRC. Just like everyone says to hit the keyhole at Balcony at the top of second, but it's waaaay more fun in 3rd, you never run out of gear!

Anyway, we all need something to aspire to :) For me, it's 3rd gear all the time.

i think you have more power than me or maybe im just fat as fuck/car is too heavy, but when i tried gripping and going into third like you told me, i was bogging at the top just before the apex and i had to downshift to even get the car to kick out, lol.

Big suprise I suck at drifting, but considering i had 7 stitches in my hand with failing powersteering and my first time to htm Im not that worried that I was having trouble connecting it

once you clutch kick or ebrake you have to slow down....

its a hairpin. lol

You dont need to slow down because you are going up hill so just initiate aggressively and the car slows itself down

I dont hate on people who manji it is just not for me.

We just have different driving styles and like i said earlier thats what makes drifting cool.
