It arrived as an automatic, and from my understanding automatics are usually outfitted with Super Hicas. We changed out the automatic with a manual jdm s14 tranny. I did get some nice Rota Actions until i can afford some good Advan's or Volk's. I just decided last week to get the titanium exhaust which btw weighs in at only 12 Lb's . I am planning to take it to the autocross at JGTC
next month and have some fun. No my car is not legal, and I don't intend to make it legal. Track only.

the color is super sonic blue pearl. it turns purple and blue depending on light. for some reason i look at other SSBP on other cars and it seems as if mine is a LOT mroe purple than others. another meet? juss aim me, im too lazy to check the meet section

The wheel specs from roja is 18x8 +23 and 18x9 +23 but i measured it and i think its closer to +16, 24lbs.....there formula 5's, I got them from www.wheeldiscounters.com when they had a bunch of um on ebay but i think they ran out.

actually i've got a set of 20mm ones sitting around..the only thing is the wheel studs are just long enough to interfere with proper torquing...lol that and I need to have the rear fenders rolled, the front may be getting an offset boost with a set of s14 lca's...

Just converted this rhd to manual tranny from automatic. Installed Nismo clutch
and lightened flywheel. Full titanium exhaust and intercooler next. Lots to do still
but the sr20 has only 49K miles. Plenty of life left in her. :bow:

Are those 26mm or 30mm calipers? When I had some rotas, it rubbed against the letters on the 26mmcalipers, rather than shaving them down I bought spacers.. but by the time spacers came in, I bought new wheels.

I have one, they are great seats, very lightweight, great support if you are skinny and not too tall. Quality is ok, but the fabric on one of the shoulder support has started to fade from the sun, otherwise they are perfectly fine.

Yeah, believe it or not! It's on Tein S-spec springs. Only lowered her about 1.5" is what the sites say, and I think that's about right. It's nothing too crazy, and I don't have to be as concerned about funny tire wear right away, which is nice.

i Had the same springs from Tein...and it still looked stock! No one believed me either when i told them i had springs on it, until they looked under the big o'l gap and saw green springs. I eventually got some JIC coilovers cuz this lowering stuff with springs suck! :)

i have tein s techs nd tokico on mine but my stock tires size tires and stock rims are kinda tucked in the rear. the only 3 finger gap is my offset from fender to tire. haha. nd its true its about 3 finger gap.

Ok, i know ive got enough wheel gap to hover, but im working on getting some coilovers or RSR Race springs with kyb adjustables. Nothing too special about it yet, other than a new clutch, dying power steering, a test pipe, and aem short ram, s2000 style antenna too.

Yes. It takes much more white paint to cover up black than I thought. Besides, by that time the car had become driveable and who wants to keep driving a '96 M3 in lieu of a 240SX? Not I, sirs, not I.

make no mistake, this thing is in ultimate shitsled status. the fronts are some 17x8 +35 or something offset weaksauce backup wheels. they're spaced 16mm and are wrapped in 255/40/17 kuhmo supras ala previous car they were on. they're not very flush at all :\
