i feel your pain man.. my x did the same thing to me, the day before she did it, she told me she loved me. that crushed me when she broke up with me, but to add insuld to injury, only a week later i found out she was ****ing her next door neighbors cousin that she had met a day after she broke up with me. i was hurting pretty bad.

foxcolt is more than right... take his advice and listen to what he has to say cause that pretty much how i got through it.

its been over a two years now and i barely think of the girl... i've had a few girls here and there, but im very happily in love with another girl that i love more than i ever loved my x girlfriend.

I was also dumped after 3 years, when I went to get my stuff there was a big dodge truck in her driveway she said it was her uncles but I remember seeing that truck in her school parking when I would drop her off and pick her up. I felt sick for about a month and I lost about 10-15 pounds cuz I didn't want to eat. I got another fulltime job so I was working 7 days a week for at least 10 hours a day, it helped me keep my mind off my X and it helped me pay off my bills too. now i'm glad we broke up, and my friends are jealous that all my money goes into my cars. yeah losing a g/f that you where with for 2 years plus sucks, easiest way is to do what others said, totally tear all ties from her, and hang out with your friends, the nice thing is one you find someone new if feels awesome, because its just that "something new" you know you want to talk to them all nite on the phone....etc.. so just dont dewell on her.....

OT... alot of ziliva members seem to have lost long standing girl friends, quite a few had higher post counts, maybe we spend too much time on the computer, and not enough time with our girls, i sure know that between car projects and internet my g/f tears me a new asshole all the time:(
