Before I started this swap on my S13, I searched and found this website, The Definitive 300ZX Brake Swap! (http://importnut.net/300zxbrakeswap.htm) which is great. However, I felt that it was a bit lacking in explanation (and wrong in some parts) regarding the rear parking brake swap.
First, contrary to what the importnut website says, the Z32 TT e-brake assembly works just fine, you just can't use the 5 lug hub. Second, using the TT e-brake cables is very, very easy. After doing this swap, I can't see why anyone would forgo the tt cables and buy the 2+2 cables.
On with how I did the swap.
It is very straight forward, with the trickiest part being re-assembling the e-brake drum itself. 8mm wrenches are amazing when it comes to forcing the springs over their respective anchors.
It took about 10minutes to reassemble the first drum, and about 5minutes to do the second one (once I knew where all the pieces went, it was very easy).
Also, if you don't have NA Z32 hubs, its not that big of a deal. The anchor (huge) bolt just needs to be 1/4~5/16 of an inch away from the upright.
There are two oval holes in the subframe. I routed the cables through them and forward. Here is how it turned out.

As you can see, there are rubber boots covering the hole, those came with the tt cables.
For mounting the cables to the car, these are your best friend.

Here is how they came out, using the original bolt hole for the oem cables.

Hopefully this helps anyone who was in the same boat I was in last week.
