I need to find the exact ID and OD for the s14 fuel feed and return. I tried measuring is and came up with either 5/16 or 11/32 for the OD. Anyone know the exact size ?

Well what I'm doing is using a sleeve and nut to go from hardline to AN fitting so I can plumb an inline pump, fpr and fuel rail with all -an fittings instead of hose clamps.

So this should work fine ?

Its been done. *Begin engine bay pimping*

Here's a great shot showing the fuel system without the engine in the way:

-5 Flareless fitting, gives you -5an female on your 5/16" fuel line. Then I've got a -5an -> -6an adapter, giving me the -6an male that I need to mate up to my Aeroquip -6an lines/fittings. The fuel rail has been modded with -6an fittings on either end also (was just talking to Bardabe about this fiasco a couple hours ago lol):

No! They have flare-less fittings now! WOOT! Fuck $100 flare tools I'll only use twice. Flareless fittings don't leak as long as the section you're using is completely straight.

All that flake!!!!!

Nice thanks dude, did they not make a 5/16 sleeve with a -6an nut ? I was sure they made one.

I've never seen one, and my supplier (Hung @ Baker Precision) hadn't either. This is the best solution I think.

What pressure can this hold ? Can't seem to find the tech specs on it.

they make -5an which is what you must use to fit the stock fuel line, ive done this to mine so i know

you will need the -5an tube sleeves and nuts and then an adapter for the nut to -6an so u can get the hoses and such

heres some links to the nuts and sleeves for the lines

Thats what i originally planned on using, at the end of the hardline there's a little hump in the line, did you cut that off and then flared it ?

Why dont you just use the swagelok fittings to go from hard line to AN? They are so easy!

This was taken from another forum:
OH, and before I forget, if you are using STOCK lines in the chassis, it is NOT 5/16"! It is a Metric 8mm, and both Swagelock and Imperial Eastman make METRIC FITTINGS that will go right on that baby without any modifications whatsoever. The make a whole line of metric to standard adapters as well if you want to 'switch over' to standard stuff near the engine bay for convineience

Hope this helps the OP
