I enjoyed watching the 'Police Story' and 'drunken master' films.
lot more intense & enjoyable than the films he made in the US
here's some of the more memorable scenes (or the best i could find on utube).

Rush Hour!!!
That one brown guy dancing and singing and shit made it GREAT!!!
I love black people, always singing and dancing and shit... Some of the funniest people I know are black.
Yes, definitely Rush Hour.

Thunderball?
That one racing one. Where he's got to race to get his sister/family/somthing back.
DO YOU KNOW HOW AWESOME HE IS?

Jackie Chan admitted he is embarrassed of his American movies, and said the only reason he does them is for the money, so he can put it towards his own movies back home.
That is why I am guessing his Chinese movies would be better? I have never seen any though.

Definitely see Who Am I?
I thought Gorgeous had an decent premise, the Accidental Spy is pretty silly classic Jackie Chan humor, Twin Dragons, Operation Condor, and Armor of the Gods 1 & 2 has some of Jackie's craziest stunts, including one in AoG 2 where he nearly died jumping from a high tree limb totally jetlagged.
oh and if you can find it, old school 1983 Jackie Chan when he was still with Lo Wei - Fearless Hyena II

I have a lot of Jackie Chan favorites, most of them are older movies though.
I agree that there are a lot of international classics but some of the US films were good too.
Rush Hour series, Police Story, Shanghai Knights/Noon, Rumble in the Bronx, Thunderbolt, and much more.
