I'm having some trouble with the my sr not holding a charge, The alternator is fine, got it tested, the wiring was done correctly, is there something that I could be missing that might cause this power failure?

the battery is all good, it turns over, and that will charge via alternate souce. but when you have the car on you should be able to pull the positive cable and it should still run using the alternator's power. It just dies as if i turned the key off.

Me too dude my alt and starter are fine. My battery barely keeps it alive but at night if i put the lights on it will die within hours. So for now i keep two batteries in the car when one dies i just put the other one in and go recharge the other one. One of my buds said could be the wiring but have yet to check, 4 now riding ghetto. Lemme know if u come up with anything and ill do like wise.

battery terminals or bad ground? alternator dying slowly? i would most deff check out ur terminals though b/c a weak terminal = weak charge.

Alternator grounded properly? Theres a black wire that comes out of the harness that attaches to the back of the alternator through one of the screw holes.

did you just recently install it?
if so (for S13) check over by the relay/fusebox there will be a few plugs below it
I think its the Black square 2 wire plug??? make sure its connected.
