can you even get this reactivated?... cuz i just recently got the same phone, but prior to this one, i have the 1st rumor. but i wasnt sure if i can use the dead phone. since its not like AT&T or w/e where you can just swap out sim cards.

lmk. cuz my lil brother needs a phone.
