i just installed the JDM rear kouki bumper for my zenki in which before my exhaust used to sit flush with the rear bumper, but now its sitting too much to the left and when i went to go for a drive to get tape , it burned a little bit of the rear bumper....
1.Is it possible to readjust my exhaust to make it sit right more?
2.If so up above, I need to drive to my friends house to get tools, and need something to put in between the rear bumper and exhaust so it doesnt burn it more...
Need Help ASAP, as im stuck at my house until I know, thanks!

Option 1
Step 1 - Take off rear bumper
Step 2 - Dremel or Sawzall it out around the exhaust
Step 3 - Put back on bumper
Option 2
Step 1 - Take off rear bumper
Step 2 - Buy new exhaust
Step 3 - Put back on bumper
Option 3
Step 1 - Stop worrying about it its a bumper
But seriously, check your exhaust hangers, probably won't make a difference but tighten them up with clamps.

rivet some metal around the tips on the bumper to prevent fires.

Again, its just a bumper. If your that worried about your bumper buy a new exhaust without the zomgjdmbbq cannon for a muffler exhaust. I forgot to mention burnt bumpers are worth bonus points online, you should keep it.

use a ziptie on the exhaust hanger and tighten it to whichever side you need to pull it to

It really won't matter which way he pulls it, the bumper isn't designed for the exhaust he has. Just a quick google search and you can see the difference between an OEM bumper and one designed for an aftermarket exhaust... Chances are it will burn either way, so man up and deal with it. Also are you sure its burning and not just exhaust gasses staining it black? (that can be easily cleaned off)

OEM bumper didnt have the extra lip there is on the Kouki..so it was flush and fine.
Kouki Bumper is now touching the tip of my Reinhard Exhaust.
I am not so much concerned about the rear bumper as I bought it used on ebay and lets say its not perfect condition.
Only thing is I dont want to be driving and then suddenly see the whole rear on fire...as its close to my gas tank.....
As long as it wont catch on fire I should be fine....
I want to try to readjust the hangers before though.I could probably lower the exhaust....right?

I would try using a belt clamp around the bushing just right of the mufller. It seems like you would be ok if you just try to center the exhaust.
