Im replacing my head on my car, i wanna know if i need anything else besides gaskets prolly new timing chain, and oil?

Does this head your getting just a swap or are you getting anything done from a machine shop?

Make sure you have the head machined (you didn't state if it is being sent to a shop for inspections) and new valve stem seals installed. Have it pressure tested, and surfaced. Have the valves checked for proper combustion sealing. Get a valve grind gasket set (all gaskets needed for a head job) and a new timing chain is alway good. I like OSK sets if not going OEM. Studs are always cheap insurance as stated above.

Yeah the head had a three way valve job port & polished new valve springs all the works
