So I'm changing my spark plugs, and this one my spark plug my socket won't attach to, upon further inspection, it seems it has no 6 sided nut on it for my socket to attach to

how do I remove it?

Go to the nearest Harbor FreightTools in your neighborhood & pick up the following hemostat....

Should do the trick.....

this happened to me on 2 out of 4 sparkplugs. get a tool like a hook that is long say like the dentist uses to scrape plaque off your teeth... lol i cant remember the name of the tool so ill just use that as reference. and just go at it picking it away. but first make sure it actually is rubber.... if it is rubber and you do have the tool. itll take awhile. gl

Try pulling the rubber piece out of your spark plug socket. Then try removing the spark plug with the modified socket.

my friend had this happen to him once befor. We just removed the valve cover and we were able to get to the rubber part on the plugs.

What I did when my boot got stuck was used a fishing hook attached to some fishing line and stabbed it down near the spark plug with a flat head screwdriver and pulled it out.

Ghetto as hell but it worked!

Yea I had my friend look at it, its definitely the rubber boot, tried using a clothes hanger (that failed). His uncle's got this hook though that should do the trick, gonna wait to get that from him
