So every now and then I'll get this problem where it seems like I'm getting a boost leak I think. And it was a problem for about a week last week, and I tried spraying all of the hoses with soapy water to look for bubbles and nothing... Well couldn't find anything, and I finally went out and just got it sideways, and as soon as I came back to my driveway, the "boost leak" disappeared?

Well, I got sideways again, and now it's back? I can't keep a constant speed without it seeming like the boost is dropping off. At WOT it pulls pretty fine (not full potential it seems).

This is me at idle, trying to keep a constant RPM at about 1900...

Any idea as to what this is? I have my bumper off right now, I took off and retightened all of my couplers. And have pretty much new vacuum hoses. Any suggestions?

What kind of BOV are you using?
vented to atmosphere or recirculated?

"HKS" off brand SSQV, atmosphere I believe. But even when I remove the vacuum to the bov it still acts the same?

can you tell if air is escaping through the BOV when it's running badly?

ain't no BLOV problem.... Its a boost leak, vacuum leak, and/or timing issue... Check all 3... Clean your mafs while you are added....

So I replaced ALL of my vacuum lines, and it definately runs alot better now. We'll see how long it'll last haha. I'm on my way to L.A. right now, wish me luck haha.
