So you want what every other person on Zilvia wants and you didn't think this would've been covered before? I picked Stance but I don't like the slammed look anyways. Search, there's been a thread about this every week since fast and the furious came out

Zeal Super Function A through E. LoL. Honestly, you get what you pay for. Pretty-much all the $1000-$1300 coilovers are the same. You can't get a 1200-dollar coilover that has the same properties as a 4000-dollar system. It'll be lacking somewhere.
I only mention the Super Functions because you mention "track." I'll guess that you intend to use it for racing... time attack... whatever... I'm probably wrong. You're probably just going to use the cheapest tires in the back that you can find and less-cheap ones in the front for "front-end grip." In which case, it'll be tough to really take advantage of a high-quality coilover system. I hope I'm wrong...

tein superdrifts
You know what, I have to say... the Tein SuperDrifts are a pretty decent setup. They seem to be regarded as the successor to the Tein HE, which was like the bomb setup from several years ago. The compression side of the valving is pretty soft - so road irregularities get absorbed very well. The only trade-off is that response is a bit slower compared to the "harsher" setups out there. However, they have stateside support, so rebuilts/revalves aren't a problem. (Tein USA is located in Downey, California). They go fairly low too.
I'll say this up front -- I'm biased because I work there -- but the Tanabe Pro Sevens are a really good setup. 10k/8k spring rates for the normal setup and 12k/10k rates for the "hard driving" setup are available, YET they still absorb bumps decently, and they don't feel as harsh as some coilovers I've tried that have significantly lower spring rates. Roll-resistance is high due to the springs and each click of the damper adjustment knob makes a huge difference due to the unique valving design. The only down-side is that they're fairly expensive, and it's tough to find a set (no longer in production). However, there's a few people selling used sets in the For Sale section that you may want to contact.
All in all, you might not care about all this stuff, but when you look at all the coilovers out there right now... they all seem the same -- so it's good to consider the other aspects aside from.... "does it go low?" and "is it cheap?"
Sorry if I sound kind of annoying. I've tried too many of those crappy cheaper coilovers to know that they're just not worth it in the long run.

These are good. Reaaallly stable ride while cornering through bumpy roads in my friend's FC. No need to lift because of instability... just keeps the gas down and lets the shocks do their thing.
