any tips? this sucker isnt budging. i have a 24mm attached to the bolt, the fsm shows a tool to put on the sprocket itself which i have but the bolt isnt budging one bit

They are torqued down to something like 120 ft/lbs so it will take some work. Make sure you have someone holding a wrench on the part of the cam meant for it and not just pushing against the timing chain. If its out of the car hit it with an impact. Should pull it right off. Don't use that to put it back on though.

Its in between the 1st lobe and the sprocket itself. Its sory hexagon

Yeah as I said through PM its just as slider2828 said, here's the picture of it for anyone who's doing the same thing.
