To clear it up, it isn't the bolt that is stripped.
It's the thread that the bolt screws on to.

Can you get the bolt out? If so, tap and die set to rethread the hole.

I hope you know you striped the crank. wich means if you heli coil the crank you need to re balance it

LOL that sucks ass man.
I saw a guy put a shit load of red lock tite on a crank bolt that he had stripped out. the car is still running to my knowledge but that was on a shitty mitsu.
P.s. the air hammer is not a percision tool.

please explain? I did the same thing about a month ago and finally got to fixing it. I got the bolt back in but my seal was leaking oil like crazy. So tonight I took the pulley off, retapped it, replaced the seal and then put everything back together. No problems.
As long as your threads arn't hella fucked, then it should still be fixable. I can sell you the tap I used. I don't need it anymore. PM me.

The OP said the threads are stripped lol. He's "hella fucked".
OP: If you can run a tap through and salvage the threads, you might be OK, but you have to realize that the pulley doesn't just "slide" on and off, it needs to be "pressed" all the way down to the front main seal by that bolt. If the threads are fubar'd, you wont be able to get the torque you need on that bolt, and you'll have to helicoil the crank, or just swap to a new crank.
Literally, it's easier to do a motorswap lol.
