Yeah, after so many years of not touching my coilovers it is so stuck i can't even make it budge using a pipe for leverage to turn the collar. Any idea on what to do now? Im rounding the corners of the slots where you put the tool onto so you can turn the collar.

Take them off ur Car let it sit in WD-40 and try again or just Spray some WD-40 on them if all esle Fails a Big Pipe Wrench will get them undone but there going to be Gouged the F up

if i cant find my coilover wrench, i usually get a flat screwdriver and place it against the collar and tap it with a hammer. it works everytime.
just dont break the collar

get a tooth brush and wipe away all of the dirt and stuff in the collars then soak it in pb blaster for a good 10 min, then get the tool and use a rubber mallet to break the collar free. worked for my coilovers that i havent adjusted in 2 years.

Soak in PB and use a little wire brush to scrape away whatever rust and dirt is left.

I think WD-40 would be sufficient. Its likely to be aluminum on aluminum, not sure what coilovers were talking about here, so corrosion isn't a concern. The likely culprit is dirt and little rocks. Knocking on the side of the collar with a metal hammer should help crush/shake some of it loose (don't beat it hard:smash:**no homo**) when it resonates. Flat blade screw drivers usually dig into the aluminum collar, so the larger the surface on the collar, the least damage you'll do. It's not rocket science...
