Quick question, when removing A/C lines from the compressor, should I be worried about anything shooting out? Like pressurized freon gas? Is there a proper way of releasing it? Or even better, a DIY for a KA-E, all I've found were write up's on KA-D's, with NO A/C components.

you should take it to a shop that deals with a/c
releasing it into the atmosphere is highly illegal and you can be fined large $

I would if I could, but don't have the funds to tow it nor do I posses the manpower to roll it to the nearest shop lol. Motor is half out, any help is good help!

Unbolt the compressor from the mount and leave it in the bay.

But don't remove the lines from the comp, just let it hang or tie a rope around it and then to the shock tower or rad support...

there are some A/C repair guys that come to wherever the car is, check em out
If they can charge a system in a parking lot then they can vacuum a system out then too.
