I tried to search for this but really couldn't find anything maybe i searched it wrong but, i've been getting worse mileage when i dd my car to work. Before i get about 24-26miles per gallon on highways now im just making 20miles and dropping. I do my oil change every 3000 miles it seems to help a little bit but drops again soon after. Is there something i should change out to obtain better mileage? thanks.

I usually get around 300 miles on a full tank of straight street driving. I don't know what the normal is tho.

300 is dam good. i wish i could get that. i get like 220 or so. i have replaced 02 sensor, fuel filter and now spark plugs. What grade gas do yall run? i have been running 87. would i get better millage if i ran 93? To the op, try changing your o2 and spark plugs.

That should be about right.

I get 25 mpg with mix hwy and city driving. Good maintain (aka oil changes i use Castrol 0w30), shifting semi earlier but I do like have some fun, tune ups, better grounds and good tire psi.

I get about 400 per tank mixed city and freeway with at least half of those miles being city driven

I say check your compression if you already did all the basics of a tuneup. and make sure you put it in 5th lol i don't know how you can get that low mpg without just cruising in 3rd at like 6k rpms or something

pour a bottle of injector cleaner in your tank and do a full tune up...

driving habits play a huge role. I can get pretty close to about 28mpg on good weeks with a KA S14.

HOLY 400? CHEAT CODES!! but seriously is that possible 400 a tank? I don't drive very aggressive, i shift at 2500 max at 3000 daily. I had to run some errands the other day with full tank and went to work the next day and half my tank was gone i had to fill up every 3 days.

Hitting 350 isn't hard at all for me with just city driving. Are you guys driving it even when the low gas light comes up cause I usually have 50 or so more miles when it comes up. Also do you know for a fact you are topping off the gas tank as well not just when the auto shutoff hits cause sometimes it does it early?

350 isn't hard for me either. In Fact, I even get 350 when I'm "boosting" around town at 15psi...lol,, yeah,, getting to 0-speed limit in a hurry. I agree with HPK, put some injector cleaner on it. Everytime I put some type of fuel treatment in the tank I get at least 1-2mpg (gods honest truth). I've also recently cleaned my MAF and throttle-body. You especiallly have to clean your maf if you have an oiled air cleaner.
