Hi zilvia members, this is my second thread for posting up a topic about my accident. The first thread has some misbehaving retards and posers replying about their thoughts of my car. I really find it offensive and hate people like that in general. Grow the F up. Anyways, I'm going to make this thread an uncontaminated one to share with you guys. I would love to hear stories from you guys, so I can feel that I’m not the only person involved with this kind accident. So, moderator, please don't delete this thread. :bowrofl:
Ok, so I finally picked up a police report couple hours ago, for the accident that happened yesterday afternoon. The police report cost me 10$ just for a copy, isn't it pathetic? :bash:
On June 17th 2009, around 12:00 p.m., I was on my way to fill up gas before heading to a paint shop to buy paint supplies for my car. I was the first driver to come to a full stop in an intersection of a four “all way” stop sign. There were two cars that came to a full stop before me; a jeep in front of me going to the opposite direction of where I am going, and the Mitshubitshi Montero on the left side going to the right side. They both did come to a full stop. They both waited for me to depart, as I depart to almost the middle of the intersection, I saw a Hyundai sonata on the right side that was less than quarter of a block away, ran into my car on a 30mph. My car was t-boned on the passenger side and spun around 180 degrees. When my car stopped, I looked onto the passenger side window, the Hyundai Sonata ran over a 1.5 feet high bricks with fences, and then slammed into the resident house. And the scary part is that, I saw the taillight came out to be off, which means she did not step on the brake. When the car finally stopped moving, I stepped out the car, and ran over the fence to take a look at the driver. The driver stepped out, with a wooden cane. I yelled, “WHAT THE FUCK MAN! DID YOU SEE THE FUCKING STOP SIGN?!” :rl: The driver came out silent with a feeling of nausea. A lot of people from the sidewalk and the residents who live there came out to see the accident. With only one minute, the ambulance and police came on the scene. I went back to my car, and look at the damage, the passenger window was shattered into pieces and the passenger door and rear quarter panel were squeezed in, which causes the airbag to deploy. And my passenger door cannot be open. Luckily, I was not injured nor have someone in the passenger seat. Otherwise, the person on the passenger seat would have been serious injured and gone through an emergency room.
For those who are curious, the driver who t-boned my car is an elderly who just turn 83, her birthday is Feb. 11, 1926. She is white and she walks with a cane. In my observation, she thought she hit the brake when she slammed into my car, because my car wouldn’t have spun around so fiercely if she did hit the brake. Even though, I saw her taillight before she ran over a 1.5 feet high bricks, her brake light was not on. It is impossible for a car to run over on a 5 bricks high with a fence, it needs to acquire a lot of force to jump over it. So my point is, she slammed the gas the whole time after the hit.:bash:
And I am pissed about the “Accident Description/Officer’s Notes.” It says driver of vehicle #1 reports she was going w/b on Ave _, when she came to a complete stop at the stop sign on ___ Street, and started through the intersection and was hit by vehicle #2 that did not stop and caused vehicle to lose control and hit a fence on Ave _. Driver of vehicle #2 reports he was going n/b on ___ Street, and stopped at the sign on Ave_ and started through the intersection and was hit by vehicle#2 that did not stop. Driver #1 removed to hospital.” Driver #1 which is the elderly, made a big fat lie, saying that she made a complete stop. If she did, my car wouldn’t spin around like donut drifting. Is this elderly mentally retarded or want to get out of this mess? I am hiring a lawyer to sue her ugly ass and plead herself guilty, because the report have 2 witness who saw everything and they have spoke with me that she ran over a stop sign. :madfawk:
I am in hope of getting the full coverage from that stupid driver's insurance, to pay back of what my 240sx is worth in the market right now. With that money, i would be happy to move on and buy another s14. But at the same time, i am sad to part out my car. This car mean a lot to me, she's my pride and joy.
And for all of you new yorkers :wackit:, i will be parting out the whole car in a week or so, after the inspector come to take a look at the damage of my car.
have a good, safe day, everybody.
