I developed a rod knock a few weekends ago and need to part with this - grad school is a callin'
Oil Pressure got low (just about 15-20psi for a minute or two before I shut it down)...motor is pretty much toast, but I will be parting all that out as well.
Let's start this off by listing the rolling chassis (not parting this thing out - comes as is/stated below):
1993 240sx Coupe - black on black - when I traded for this car back in Dec 2007 the original cluster (which I still have - stated about 90K miles and I have only put 2K miles on it since then)
Int/Ext:
- A few dings here and there, nothing major - paint is in great shape (can see little sanding marks under clearcoat - previous owner did not know what he was doing when painting, but got the clear coat looking great)
- S14 leather seats, no rear seats - custom carpet (black & grey)
- 6-point rollbar (no door bars, just to the trans tunnel) - chassis black coating
- 4-point drivers belt/harness
- used to be HUD but converted to analog cluster
- no cracks in dash, new windshield
- all power options & all still work fine
- Pioneer CD player - gooood
- HID's - working great
- Carbon Fiber Trunk Lid - great shape & smoooooth
- Battery Relocated to the trunk
Suspension:
- Megan Racing: Rear traction rods, RUCA's, Sway bar, etc.
- KYB Shocks w/ Tein S-tech Springs
- Rear Crossmember has been coated with Chassis Black
- Will have stock from crossmember
Brakes/Wheels/Tires:
- Stern Leacher 2-piece wheels 17x8 & 17x9 w/Falken Azenis rubber (little wear on these) - these have been painted a flat black with red lip
- Z32 Rear Hubs with Nismo extended studs
- Ichiba 5-lug fron hub conversion w/ARP Extended Studs
- 300zx front brakes w/new hawk performance pads
- Brembo Blanks Rotors (rear's have little wear & fronts were re-ground)
- Russell & PDM Stainless Steel Braided Brake Lines all around
Others:
- Dual Walbro's with -6AN feed & stock return
- J30 3.93 FD R200 LSD
- 3" Cat-back exhaust
- SR20 "quibdo" (sp?) driveshaft can be included
- Black 26x12x3 FMIC & piping can be included for $$
- The entire underbody, wheel wells, etc. were cleaned, and sprayed thoroughly with rubberized undercoating
- There is little, if any rust on this car, most of which I tried to get rid of at the frame rails and upper shock tower (you can see some of the engine bay work in on the build site - click my sig picture)
Others & Others for part out:
- Koyo Radiator - adapted to fit 1jz/2jz (can be switched back at your request) - SOLD
- AEM UEGO Guage type sensor & o2 sensor - $150
- AutoMeter Phanotom Guages (removed green glow) - boost (mechanical) & oil pressure w/sending unit (electric) - $60/each
- SAFC II - SOLD
There are items that can removed, included, in the shell for additional or less cash. I'd like to move this pretty soon.
Price: around $4,000 OBO & mostly depending on what all you would like to include in the rolling chassis (over $7,000 in parts & upgrades listed above - more or less). I would be willing to trailer it to a point for additional money (depending on where you are located).

- GT4082 .86a/r journal bearing with -10AN return line and -4AN feed line (with 10 micron inline oil filter) - $600
- Tial BOV (21-23psi spring) - $125
- Custom (made by Me) 1jz Turbo Manifold (additional heim joint bracing, Sch10 304SS runners, Mild Steel Flanges, dual 38mm wastegate flanges, T4 platform, very close to equal length - i have the measurements to prove it) - $800
- XSPower Wastegates (2) with .8bar springs and 1bar springs, with dumptubes (if you want them) - $65 each
- 3.5" Downpipe, v-band at turbo and exhaust connections, 1jz o2 flange & standard bung in place, flex section - $350
- 1jz ECUs - i have 2 of these both for Supra 1jz M/T - SOLD
- Aeromotive FPR with liquid guage and -6AN lines - SOLD
- 1jz/2jz coilpacks - i have one set left - $125
- 1jz/2jz Ignitor - $100
- 1jz Crower 264 Cams (retail for $600 if you can find them) - $400

- front crossmember (with engine brackets & insulators) & trans mount - SOLD
- Dakota Digital Calibration Boxes - SOLD
- 3.5" Aluminum DriveshaftShop Driveshaft with Hal Effect sensor - SOLD
The car needs a new longblock and it would be back on the road. There are two on SupraMania for under $1,000 ($600 & $900) and you can swap stuff from the current motor to it (water pump, alternator, etc.) and then part with the remaining items (i would venture to guess that you would only have $500 in that long block after selling misc. items off of it). Also, there are suppliers with JDM 2jz Aristo and 1jz automatic motor sets for $1,250-1,500 on eBay - think about it)
I do not have the time nor desire any longer to keep at this. Just trying to be responsible...I guess (gay, I know).
