i purchased these wheels a little less than a year ago with the intentions of cleaning them up and using them. that did not happen. i have taken them apart and started to clean curb damage and polish the outter lips, and lost motivation. they sit taken apart, and are being sold in this condition. they only need polishing/painting/coating, and they will look great.
