Alright, so I'm in the process of swapping my motor, and I came across a gay problem. One of the 4 10mm bolts holding the hood to those 2 latches wont budge. Its like the bolt is rounded and I cant use anything to loosen it. I've tried soaking it in oil, using a wrench, using an adj. wrench, using my teeth lolz. Anyways, any help on this stupid issue would be appreciated, and I'll try to get a photo up of what the bolt looks like.
I'm thinking about even torching that shit off:duh:

they sell "bolt-out" kits that take off rounded bolts.
In any case, in the mean-time, you can always remove the other 2 bolts on the side of the latch that isn't screwed up...
Once it's off the car, you can probably vice grip it out.

grab-it!!!
do what that guy said, and take the bolts off that connect the hinges to the car, dont even worry about the ones in the hood.

LOL, so I took the advice, and I think I should get pics ASAP.
So ... the bolts holding the actual bracket that the hood hangs on ( the ones bolted onto the chassis) broke off, and that shit is stuuuuuck!
pics will explain it all, brb.

There's cheaper ones and whatnot, but you should be able to find those on your own.
