s15sr20 won't turn over, have spark and fuel.
so i did a compression test.. obviously number are not completely accurate due to cold motor. but i got the following readings
cylinder 1 = 135
cylinder 2 = 136
cylinder 3 = 139
cylinder 4 = 140
should be good right?
any advice will be appreciated
thanks in advance

looks fine to me for a used engine. you need to be more careful with the terms you use. if you engine wont "crank" over then you can't get compression results. Are you asking if we can help diagnose your non-start symptoms?
So it's not starting?
Do you have fuel? Do you have spark?
Go from there.

thnx 4 quick responce. sorry if i dont use the correct terminology i learn as i go. as i wrote in OP, i have both fuel and spark. yes engine cranks strong, just won't turn over.
EDIT: i have set engine to TDC with crank pully on second notch from left with cam lobe directly below oil cap pointing <. i have setup the CAS on the correct dot as well.

CAS timing is good, when you shoot it, it should be on the 2nd mark on right with the CAS. Compression is good, but seems a lil low for a new S15 engine. I would expect it to be around 150-160.
You sure you have both fuel and spark? Just stab the CAS to get it in the ballpark with everything at TDC.
