i have a ka24de for sale..it's missing the cams and that's about it. I really have no need for it...$100 will take it. You can sell it for parts for more than $100 guarenteed! I'll let the tranny go with it for $130. $30 for the tranny you say? It's a 5 spd too. I also have a tranny off a 89 fast back (manual) that I'm selling for $40. Let me know if interested...will need to get rid of them asap..i'll be out of the country from the 9th till the 19th so message me, PM me, email me, or get hold of me someway somehow. My AIM sn is xoneyoungaznx. I'm located in San Rafael (north of San Francisco) Let me know...

I'm interested in the tranny by itself. What kind of condition is it in? How many miles? I work in Martinez and I can pick it up. I just need the tranny alone. You're willing to sell it for 30 bucks? If that's true I'll take it!

Let me know!

yup...30$ takes it. San Rafael is far from San Diego..San Diego is way down south like LA. Think of San Francisco or in the middle of California...that's about where San Rafael is...even though it's kinda considered part of northern California. You can pick up the tranny at the following address:

905 Anderson Drive
San Rafael, CA 94903

It's my friend's shop..it's called S & P Auto so yea, just give the money to him. Also, let him know which tranny. He has one off a 89 and one off my 92

wait the tranny is off a 92'? Will it work with a 96'? I've heard that it's potentially bad to mix the years when it comes to tranny's and engine parts.

i know that swapping engine parts for the different years is bad..seeing how 89-90=ka24e (sohc) and then 91-94=ka24de (dohc) and then 95-98=ka24de w/ variable valve timing. The camshaft lift degree is also less in the 95 and up meaning less power while 91 is the most aggressive. I don't know about swapping transmissions though because 91-98 engines are the same as far as model, etc. The tranny might fit but you might want to find out for sure. I unfortunately, do not know if a s13 dohc tranny would fit onto a s14. It might not..but it might :-\

Would you be intrested in trading some parts off of the engine and tranny for the Blitz blow off valve that I have advertised? Thanks.

Also the S13 tranny will fit in the S14 chassis.

yea, i'm interested in trading some parts for the blitz blow off valve. What specific parts are you looking for off the tranny and engine?

also, do you have the mounting flange/hot pipe? I don't have anything for the swap..but I might be able to get custom piping done for the blow off valve..let me know.

Are you willing to ship? If so; what year 240 did the ka24de come out of?

I am needing a crank pulley, shifter, intake pipe, exhaust manifold from a KA24de. I can probably get a flange cut with no problem.

i think i can get all of those are you. So all those for a trade for the bov? I have the stock hotpipe/bypass valve so i'll have to get some metal custom piping right? let me know, I'm sure I have all those items maybe except the shifter but I'll have to check.

I need the backing plate that goes in between the engine and transmission. It's a big metal thing. If you have the dustcover things too, let me know.
PM me with a price.

You will be able to connect custom piping for the blow off valve. I don't know the size of the pipe that you are using, but I could send you 2" piping if you let me know the length that you would need.
