While Nissan has been trying to master the Nürburgring in its flagship GT-R supercar, it was the one-rung-down 370Z which the Japanese automaker fielded at the track's 24-hour race last month. To commemorate the occasion, Nissan is reportedly preparing to drop a special commemorative edition of its 370Z on the European market.

Although photos are still unavailable at this time, the Nissan 370Z Nürburgring edition is apparently set to be differentiated by a set of 19-inch OZ Racing alloys wrapped in Dunlop rubber, a sport exhaust system and the requisite batch of special badges. Only 80 examples will be made, each individually numbered, and the model will apparently only be available in yellow. And just to sweeten the deal, Nissan is throwing in a gift card good for over $200 of track time on the Nordschleife.

I read somewhere that it is to be priced around the $70K area or something rediculous like that.

well for 80 wealthy european men this is all the upgrade they need to drop a substantial amount of money on top of the origional price so they can pick up those badges

I read somewhere that it is to be priced around the $70K area or something rediculous like that.

euro pricing in europe is difficult to translate to a dollar amount for what it'd cost in the US.
lot of cars there end up costing double than it would here for tax reasons & other complications.
even a lot of regular consumer electronics cost more to buy there.

A good way to estimate the actual cost, is to compare this fancy model with the base 370 pricing in the same Euro market.
I'm guessing it'll be in reality closer to $5-10k over a base 370z.
dealers might hike it up even more.

ehh..probably not worth it.

I'm willing to bet we'll get something much better in the US.

I believe it was ~50K euros. anyways, the car is still relying on the fact that it has a few special badges and that there is only 80 of them being made.
