consiterd that also, they look nice from the pics, but when you see them in real life, they look like a big freaking floor mat on your dash.

And don't get velour. It kinda resembles velvet--it will look ricey or g'ed out as a dash cover.

dash covers = lame-o-rama

how bad are the cracks? small ones can be repaired with a dash repair kit (epoxy) available at the auto parts store. otherwise, just leave it.

total cracks = 3
open crack = 1
about 1 x 0.5 inch open crack..
i can see the orange sponge inside the dash...

eric, the pics you posted doesnt look that bad... too bad he put gray.. i think it'll look better with black cover..
or maybe i have a low taste in style... :(

I think the one Eric posted would look decent in black. But, it has kinda square edges (where the seams/folds) are, and that wouldn't look good on a 240sx interior. A smooth one similar to that would be nice.

Well, it's totally up to you. I just think you might as well just leave it...it'll get you motivated to hurry up and get a new dash. In the meantime, you can use the crack to store things...like change for tolls and whatnot :D
