I’m looking to replace at least my driver’s seat, but probably both of them. The question is what seat to choose? Do I want racing bucket that sucks for daily drivers, or do I want something stock.

I saw the thread about the guy getting s15 seats for his 240 and wondered realistically how much those would go for here new or used. I like the s14 seats but why go for those if I could nab a pair of s15’s, unless there is some horribly uncomfortable aspect I haven’t heard about for the s15 seats.

So it comes to, does anyone have any experience with the s15 seats in their s13 or s14? If so, could you post pics, and were they hard to mount? or are they as comfortable as they look? what kind of coin did ya drop to get them?

s15 seats go for USUALLY around 500ish for a pair, tokyo might sell them less.

they are VERY comfy and great for long rides (i've ridden in spec R ones before a few times)
i like them but if you get serios on the track, get a SRD or something w/ some more side bolstering

if you car about your passenger, get the Spec R for passsenger and geta Bucket/reclinable racing for yourself.

alex chang (mav1178) has them in his S13. veryn nice.
THEY ARE COMFY!!!!!
he paid 500 for them
