i thought no headers are carb legal for us ne ways ... and what happen to your stock just put that back on go to smog ref like 8.75 and take it to court and pay like a small processing fee ...

yes search for them. i also received a paper with mine stating so as well. but as i said they are CARB legal. doesnt mean they are "legal" but i have gotten out of tickets for having carb legals item before.

according to the law, modifying you car with any after market performance orientated parts is illegal no matter how you do it.

SHEET...i was arguing with a chick cop that my carb legal injen intake was legal and she was saying any MODS not originally Nissan are illegal.....

bottom line with cops is they are stupid about mod legal or not ... if they think something is up and thas y they pull you over they ticket it especially in socal ... doesnt mean you cant take it to a smog ref and pass and basically just get it signed off
