ok guys so im running an s13 sr with bc stage 2 cams, hks gt2510, 850cc's, walbro 255 pump. At 15 psi and wondering where my timing should be at? do i need to change it from stock for the turbo/boost increase? thanks.

Get it tuned properly...enough said. Sure you can retard the CAS Timing but that hurt your powerband more than anything else.

eh, like said, go with a custome tune or else. You would be very irritated to see how generic the fuel and timing maps look on your tune and for the price you paid for it........
You really need to get on a dyno and tune it properly. The truth is no one can answer your question besides a dyno operated by a tuner. Dont touch the cas, the only thing you should touch is the timing map to controll timing.

what do you suggest then? standalone? like powerfc?

Power fc will cost you and really isnt that great of a thing, but where it is great is the fact that finding a tuner that is very familier with them should be no problem.
I think your on somewhat of the right path. The factory ecu is a very high quality engine control unit with lots of parimeters that are monitored and effect how the engine runs in all kinds of conditions. The way yours is tuned is basicially an educated guess.
With with the same principals of retuning the factory ecu as you currently have I think is the right way to go with the exception of not having someone guess but rather have them tune your car custom on a dyno. That will yield great results.

as in have my factory ecu tuned on a dyno? i think im gonna run the engine as is for a while and eventually do a top mount setup. it defanitly runs rich so i need to look into a good tune.
anyone recommend a south florida tuner?

How far are you from Orlando/Tampa area? You're cheapest best bet is getting ahold of Entalphy and having him do an actual on dyno ROM tune for you. You drive to him, he books a dyno, rom tunes the car on the dyno.
