I have decided I need to build a shroud around my fan on my radiator to keep my car cool enough in this summer heat

The problem is.....

1. There is VERY little room for anything
2. I have never done something like this before so I dont know how to make an efficient shroud
3. I dont have a welder or material

**The fan has to be removable from the shroud or the shroud removable from the radiator because I have to put the radiator in first then mount the fan to it because of the lack of room

I will probably end up taking it to get done at a shop here in AZ

The main thing I would like is some imput from people on here as to how I would go about making this work with the limited space, and maybe some ideas from people who have build shrouds before

That is weird how your fan is so close to the motor. Mishimoto has dual fans with shroud on it. Look at Phase2 site.

Its because I got a thick ass radiator from Ron Davis. Its a 26x16 dual core dual pass and I moved it back to where the a/c condensor is supposed to be to give me more room but its still a tight fit

stupid question, but how did you mount the radiator back to where the A/C condenser was?

Just made a panel to sit under the radiator and made custom brackets

why don't you add some ducting to route air to the rad?
