i NEED a room mate!!!

So i had a room mate that was a cool friend for a long time and it was whatever, then BAM on Jan. 31st he sends me a text that he moved out while i was at work! I was like WTF??? no notice no nothing, so i was fucked for Feb. and had to pay all of the rent myself. So i had another really good friend move in and he isn't screwing me over or anything but he was forced to move back home basically. So now i need to find a new roomy! So anyone thats cool, responsible and wants to move out of mommy and daddy's house hit me up! I live in a nice townhouse in the very nice part of San Pedro. I have wireless internet and satalite TV. You wont have to worry about your car being stolen or anything.
