Megasquirt?

Hey all I have the possibility of getting a sponsorship for a megasquirt ems and an LCDash set up. What are your thoughts on using it to tune a 2.35L sr20 + 3076R on e85. Is there a reason I should be looking more towards something like an autronic or the like? My tuner seems like like megasquirt a lot.
