Check out this site. I kind of want to buy this part, but I'm not sure if it would fit on my '97 S14.

This one looks like you have to unscrew those 4 bolts to get the bypass working. Does anyone know where to get those ones where you can tug on a cord to activate the bypass then release the cord to make it go back to normal?

It'd probably hurt more than help unless you're turboed.

I've seen one that can be switched from dump to exhaust. That one seems worthwhile.

I'm not an engineer, but isn't the purpose of mandrel bends and straight through exhausts to relieve the system of power robbing back ups?  That thing looks like a bottle neck waiting to happen.

I'm sure it's not as restrictive on the inside as it looks on the outside.  The thing is is that depending on where you mount it, you'll have almost zero "backpressure."  That might be good up past 5.5-6K rpm, but low end would suck.
