Okay I searched and couldnt find anything overly helpful as to how to tuck the harness under the fender up high enough out of harms way but have the fender still fit.

I couldn't get the fender to fit on anytime unless I had the harness strung down far too low and I didn't think itd ever be safe.

Take the plastic casing off of the harness in that area, then get it nice and snug up against the frame.

That isn't perfect, and isn't such a great idea, but the only other way is to reroute the harness through the engine bay.

Or have poorly fitted fenders like me :)

AH! I thought about that but was very hesitant about removing the protective casing,

Any pictures of this?

take off the plastic shit. cut out a part of the pinch weld. maybe an inch or so. and run the wires through that slot over the pinch weld. and just zip tie the harness all the way down the body.

I don't get it, I did how they did it in the tutorials and the fender will not fit on... Like miles away from even fitting up half decent.

I don't know, but I did mine in 2003 with metal fenders and they fit fine. Even now with the fiberglass they fit fine.:ugh:

In your pic the lip isn't bent up closest to the door where the harness would start to go up...I'd start there.

From another thread:

Finally got around to tucking the harness on my S14
contemplated re-routing it to the interior
but I'm not planning to slam the car so I'll
see if this works.

hammered part of the lip

loosened the harness
you can also see the sticky zip-tie-holding fasteners I used

all done

I hammered the harness lightly to get it flat against the lip some more

or you can un wrap the whole thing and flatten the wires. that seems to work. =P
