i recently been searching around about using the HKS wastegate on a t25. I wanted to run 13 psi at the most. i have a walbro 255 fuel pump and a fmic. im using stock MAF and injectors. i was wondering if this would be ok for daily driving?
i want to try this out for a lil while since im saving for a new turbo setup. is there anyone running 13 psi as i will with the mods i have? i just want to get a lil more hp. i dont race/drift often as this is my DD.

That's fine for DDing if you get it tuned.
I've got my T25 on stock injectors @ 15lbs and it's fine... Fuel is maxed out at like 5500+ RPM though, but my wideband is reading good AFR's.

so a tune would be necessary?

ok so running on stock ecu would be fine.

Yes it will be fine
I ran a R/T w/ a T28 @ .8 bar on stock intake and fuel system and ECU and pulled 254whp
It will pull a little better, but its still a T25

13 pounds with stock injectors? and no tune? that dosent sound to good. Run 370cc injectors. sr's max out at 13 pounds with stock injectors. 270's i wouldnt trust with no more that 3-4 pounds. Please tell me you atleast are pulling some timeing out atleast.

NO TUNE , lol idk why he said he has a tune , you shouldnt be maxin anything out on a t25 lol unless ur juss pushin but then you have more than maxin injs to worry about
i have 13 lbs on a t25 with a hks actuator , fmic full 3in , s13 sr dirty oil and dead spark plugs , done
dont listen to that other guy talkin bout stuff maxin out , u will be fine , my car has ben at 13 lbs same turbo for like 6 months
keep in mind turbo maxes out at 15 lbs soo that means you running it af 13 is FINE BUT you decrease the lifespan of the turbo ok

i've been running this way for 2 years.
no problems.
yeah you'll notice a gain, you're almost doubling the boost from stock lol.
no tune, stock injectors, upgraded fuel pump, stock MAF, shit loads of boost spike.
the turbo runs out of breath though, so your top end will suck ass.

yes im gonna do this on a SR redtop.
I have a FMIC, Walbro fuel pump, and 3'' exhaust. i dont want to push it too far and be crazy. i just want to add a lil more power. i wont be beating the motor everyday. me and a couple of friends do fun runs once in a while so i thought it was be a cheap temparary way to get a couple hp from the t25.
