Question on turbo sizing.

I have the chance to pick up a freshly rebuilt turbo at a good price, but not sure how it would perform on my sr. The turbo in question is a:
T04B S-Trim .60 A/R Compressor (Hot Side- T3, Stage 3 Wheel, .63 AR Housing)
I will be adding supporting mods, but wanted to make sure this turbo would work without 2 much lag.
