Which harness,..Engine harness,..Chassis Harness,..Interior Body Harness?

I did the same but I Masking taped and #'d everything that matched up.
The Harness I used was even a 93 SE coupe harness that I used in my 90 hatch I've been working and (and will be till 2022 w/ all my leaks spring up)

Just gotta Figure that every harness plug is diff so It can only really go 1 place.1sr off gotta Find all the little Knick Knacks you Pulled out and match up from there.THE CAR PROB dosen't need half of them.
I just need to know which one your speaking of?

it only travels down one side of the car (drivers side here in japan). if i was you id recommend tucking it as well as you can when you are putting it back. damn near all of the connectors were cut to length from the factory and really only could go to one spot. this is one of those things you are just gonna have to jump in and do. once you start you will realize that it really isnt that difficult.

Same here in the states.

The FSM for the specific model car will help out a lot.
