*All drivers must have an Snell rated SA95 or above helmet.

Except for the food poisoning, the event was fun.


I'm never eating Jack in the box again....ever. During top 4 I had to stop filming and lay down, I felt terrible. Thankfully Will wasn't too affected by the fucked up fast food and was able to keep filming.

I wanted to give Cyrus and Calvin from Megan Racing a huge thanks for having us out at this event. Also big thank you to Naoki from Drift Day for organizing this event. This was honestly one of the best events I have participated in. It had such a great vibe, and everyone was having a great time despite the heat. The catering was excellent, judging was awesome, and it all just seemed like the perfect day. It was my first time driving the new car with the turbo setup, and we were happy that it held together and stayed off the wall. I did feel like I was driving on ice though with 700 whp and 245 wide tires. We will be working on getting some traction for the next event. The tandem battles were intense and showed some of the best driving I have seen. I haven't tandemed in 3 years, but had a blast during each run.

Again. Thanks everyone, much love to the socal peeps, and hope to make it down to more events.

I had a great time at the event. It was organized, on time, and drama free. There were a lot of good drivers, and was thrilled to qualify #1. tandem runs were awesome, and when i went up against matt powers for first, he got so close to the second bank wall i was sure he was going to hit, i tapped my brakes, but he pulled it off! Nice job Matt! Cant wait for irwindale!

Guess you would have to be there in person to really see it. There was like 0 rear traction. The other set I had on for practice was much better, but they chunked out pretty quick.

i would like to thank Josh Herron for making this amazing video.
